Comprehensive Electricity Purchase and Electricity Distribution Services

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive purchase of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to the consumption points listed in Annex 3 to the tender specifications. The estimated quantities are based on 2025 consumption and are indicative only; payment will be made for the electricity actually consumed. The contract will run until 31 December 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bidder must hold the required electricity trading and distribution authorisations or an appropriate comprehensive distribution agreement.
