Supply and installation of battery energy storage systems

Summary

The procurement covers the design, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty and servicing of eight outdoor battery energy storage systems integrated with the existing photovoltaic installations in Warsaw: five Type A units of at least 20 kWh and three Type B units of at least 10 kWh, with a total planned capacity of 130 kWh. The works include foundations, outdoor enclosures, electrical connections, fire protection, monitoring, testing, documentation and staff training. The systems must use LiFePO4 cells, meet the specified safety, performance and certification requirements, and be compatible with the existing inverters without replacing them. The contract must be completed within 30 days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 and must include a PLN 10,500 tender guarantee. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight; warranty period, cell cycle life, fault-removal time and delivery period make up the remaining 40%.
