Supply of medical gases and liquid nitrogen

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medical gases and liquid nitrogen for 24 months, divided into two packages. Package 1 includes medical gases together with the lease of cylinders and cylinder bundles; Package 2 covers liquid nitrogen for cryotherapy tanks. Bids may be submitted for one or both packages. Package 1 includes, among other items, medical oxygen, medical carbon dioxide, medical nitrous oxide, cylinder and bundle leasing, and transport twice a week. Package 2 covers 8,000 kg of liquid nitrogen with transport twice a week. The contracting authority may purchase up to 60% less than the estimated quantities. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and partial delivery time, weighted at 40%; delivery within 1 day receives the highest delivery-time score. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 10:00, and the tenderer remains bound by its offer until 2 October 2026.
