Purchase of a server and necessary infrastructure for archiving endoscopic examinations

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a complete system for recording and archiving endoscopic examinations, including a main server, backup server, NAS storage, network switch, rack cabinet, UPS, archiving software, HL7/DICOM integration and three workstation computers. The existing Endobox system must be updated, existing medical examination data and images migrated, and a perpetual licence provided. The system must be delivered and operational by 4 December 2026. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform by 3 September 2026 at 09:00. Award criteria are gross price (70%), warranty period (20%) and guaranteed availability of spare parts and software (10%).
