Supply of food products for the Krynica-Zdrój health resort sanatorium – Supply of dairy products 2026

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of dairy products for the SP ZOZ Health Resort Sanatorium in Krynica-Zdrój for 12 months. The supplier must deliver fresh, properly labelled and packaged products meeting food-safety requirements, including GMP/GHP and HACCP. Deliveries must be possible at least three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 06:00 and 07:00, to the buyer’s designated cold rooms or warehouses. Packaging, transport, loading, unloading and insurance costs are borne by the supplier, and the net prices stated in the tender must remain unchanged throughout the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are gross price (60 points) and weekly delivery frequency (40 points).
