Summary

The procurement covers the delivery, assembly, installation and configuration of computer equipment, terminal-lab equipment, licences, software and educational aids for schools in the Gołuchów Municipality. The equipment must be new, complete, CE-marked, sourced through official manufacturer sales channels and supplied with Polish-language documentation and Polish-configured software interfaces. Delivery and commissioning must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the score and the warranty period 40%; the minimum warranty is 24 months, with 36 or 48 months receiving additional points. A PLN 3,000 bid guarantee is required.
