Supply (renewal) of software licenses for license management (SAM) with support

Summary

The tender concerns the 12-month subscription supply or renewal of software asset management (SAM) licences, including manufacturer support. The basic order covers 1,220 Snow License Manager licences and one Snow License Manager module for synchronising data with cloud licence-management portals for 1,100 users, or equivalent solutions. The option allows up to 300 additional licences and up to 100 hours of supplier support. The option may be exercised until 12 months after contract signature, and its unit price may not exceed the corresponding basic-order price. Price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform by 3 September 2026 at 10:00, and documents may be prepared only in Polish.
