2026. Graffiti removal and overpainting – second procedure

Summary

The tender covers graffiti removal or overpainting on facilities in the city of Gdansk. The contract will run for 24 months, with an option to increase the service volume by up to 50% and/or extend the contract by up to 12 months; the contracting authority may also reduce the service volume by up to 25%. The planned quantities are 2,000 m² for graffiti removal and 4,000 m² for overpainting. Price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00, and a PLN 5,000 bid guarantee is required.
