Supply of meat, meat products, poultry and cured meat products to the canteen of the Tuchola Forestry Technical School, 2026–2027

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of beef, pork, poultry and cured meat products to the boarding-school canteen of Technikum Leśne w Tucholi for 12 months. Deliveries must be made Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 7:30, normally based on orders placed by telephone the previous day; urgent orders must be delivered within 2 hours. Products must be fresh, unfrozen, properly labelled and compliant with food-safety, HACCP and veterinary requirements. The bid must cover every item in the assortment and price form. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and payment term at 40%; the permitted payment term is 7–30 days. The contract may include a quantity option of up to 30%, while at least 70% of the basic order value is guaranteed.
