Supply of dairy products for the cafeteria of the Forestry Technical School in Tuchola 2026–2027

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery of dairy products for the cafeteria of the Forestry Technical School in Tuchola for 12 months from contract signing. Deliveries must be made Monday to Friday, normally between 5:00 and 5:30, to the food warehouse at Pocztowa 11 in Tuchola, based on orders placed by telephone on the previous day. The offer must cover every item in the assortment and price schedule; incomplete offers will be rejected. Products must be fresh, properly labelled and compliant with food safety, HACCP, sanitary and applicable Polish and European requirements. The supplier must transport and unload the goods at its own cost and risk. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and payment period (40%); the payment period must be between 7 and 30 days. The basic order may be increased by up to 30%, while at least 70% of the basic order value is guaranteed.
