Operating lease of two new commercial vehicles with tipper bodies in two lots

Summary

The tender covers the non-consumer operating lease of two brand-new commercial vehicles, each with a gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, a multi-seat cab and a tipper body, divided into two lots. Bidders may tender for both lots, and one bidder may be awarded both lots. The lease term is 48 months from the proper handover of the vehicle. Each vehicle must be new, meet the Euro 6 standard, accommodate at least six people, have a payload of at least 1,000 kg and include an ELTE GPS or equivalent vehicle monitoring system. The manufacturer must have its own or an authorised service station within 50 km of the contracting authority's premises in Piaseczno. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 12:00. Each lot will be evaluated separately: price carries 60 points, gearbox 20 points and warranty 20 points.
