Ensuring continuity of electricity supply – mobile energy storage systems

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of mobile energy storage systems to ensure continuity of electricity supply. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers one mobile energy storage system together with a container, while Lot 2 covers one mobile energy storage system. Bidders may submit a tender for one or both lots. The equipment must be delivered to the contracting authority’s premises at the bidder’s cost and risk within 70 days of contract signature. The bidder must train the contracting authority’s designated employees and provide a warranty of at least 24 months. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and delivery time (40%). Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 10:00.
