Improving contractor service through implementation of an e-services system in the area of utilities management

Summary

The procurement consists of two functionally linked lots intended to improve customer service for a water and wastewater company through e-services and telemetry solutions. Lot 1 covers the supply and installation of ultrasonic water meters and radio or GSM data-transmission modules, implementation of a telemetry monitoring system and platform, integration with existing systems, software, equipment, licences, training, and first-time user registration in the eBOK system. Lot 2 covers the e-services system, the eBOK portal and five e-services, pre-implementation analysis, system integrations, and functional, integration and acceptance testing. The delivery period is 5 months for both lots. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must meet lot-specific insurance, experience and staffing requirements and provide a tender guarantee. A performance guarantee is required for both lots, and the completed solution must remain operational for at least 5 years after signing the acceptance protocol.
