Supply of heating oil to the Jemielnica municipal authority and subordinate institutions during the 2026–2027 heating season

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of light heating oil to institutions subordinate to the Jemielnica municipal authority during the 2026–2027 heating season. The estimated quantity is 50,000 litres, but the actual quantity may increase or decrease depending on weather conditions and demand. Deliveries will take place for up to 9 months from contract signature, and each order must generally be fulfilled within 24 hours. The heating oil must comply with standard PN-C-96024:2020-12, applicable legislation and the manufacturer’s quality certificate. Bidders must hold a valid concession for trading in liquid fuels, demonstrate at least two qualifying deliveries and have third-party liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 70,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish via the contracting authority’s platform by 2 September 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%.
