Supply of compost components

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of components used for compost production in four lots. Lot 1 covers 200 m³ of loose peat for the Lutnia nursery, Lot 2 covers 250 m³ of high peat for the Miedzanka nursery, Lot 3 covers 350 m³ of transitional-to-high peat in big bales for the Holendernia nursery, and Lot 4 covers 350 m³ of seasoned pine bark for the same nursery. The quantities for Lots 3 and 4 may vary by ±5% to complete full transports. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots, but a separate offer must cover the full scope of each lot. The supplier must arrange transport, unloading and proper protection of the goods at its own cost on working days between 7:00 and 15:00. The submission deadline is 2 September 2026 at 10:00, and offers must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The contracting authority may reduce the delivered quantity by up to 30%, meaning that at least 70% of the planned quantity will be delivered; no compensation is payable for the undelivered quantity.
