Supply of mobile interactive multimedia devices to educational institutions in the Kędzierzyn-Koźle municipality under the “ReGeneracja Kędzierzyn-Koźle: Social, Environmental and Cultural Initiatives for the Development of the Young City” project – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 13 new mobile interactive multimedia devices for educational institutions in the Kędzierzyn-Koźle municipality under the “ReGeneracja Kędzierzyn-Koźle” project. The supplier must provide any necessary assembly, user instruction, transport, unloading, unpacking, carrying the equipment into the designated rooms, removal of packaging and cleaning, at its own cost and risk. The equipment must come through the manufacturer’s official distribution channel, meet applicable EU safety and conformity requirements, and include the required certificates, declarations and Polish-language instructions. A warranty of at least 2 years is required. Delivery must be completed within 30 days. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-ProPublico platform by 3 September 2026 at 11:00. Award criteria are price (60%), warranty period (35%) and delivery time (5%).
