Supply of an EBUS ultrasound video bronchoscope

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of an EBUS ultrasound video bronchoscope to the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Centre for Lung Diseases in Olsztyn. The device must be legally authorised for placing on the market and use in Poland, bear CE marking, be brand new and manufactured no earlier than 12 months before delivery. The contract must be completed within 30 days. The price must include transport, unloading, insurance during delivery, commissioning, operational testing, staff training and warranty.
