Supply of food products

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery of a broad range of food products, including canned goods, grains, pasta, oils, juices, snacks, spices and other listed items. The contract will run for 6 months, with successive deliveries made on working days from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00. The supplier must use suitable food-transport vehicles, comply with HACCP and applicable food-safety requirements, unload and carry the goods into the contracting authority’s food warehouse, and replace non-compliant, expired or damaged goods on the day of delivery. The entire procurement must be offered; partial bids are not permitted. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the delivery time for an individual order (40%). The bid deadline is 2 September 2026 at 10:15.
