Purchase of specialist trucks for civil protection and civil defence tasks

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of two specialist supply trucks for logistical support during disasters and other crisis situations: one N1 vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes and one N2 vehicle up to 12 tonnes. Offers may be submitted for either or both lots, with one offer permitted per lot. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days of contract signing. The N1 vehicle must be a new or qualifying demonstrator vehicle manufactured in 2025–2026, with diesel engine, at least 150 HP, automatic transmission, a loading space of at least 10 m³, a tail lift rated at least 500 kg, and payload with the lift of at least 750 kg. The N2 vehicle must be manufactured in 2025–2026, have a diesel engine of at least 250 HP, a loading space for at least 16 Euro pallets, a minimum loading-space height of 220 cm, and a tail lift rated at least 1,500 kg. Both vehicles must meet Polish road-traffic requirements and Euro 6 emission requirements, include the specified safety and equipment features, and be delivered with registration, warranty and lift documentation. The tender must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 10:00 and will be evaluated on price (60%) and mechanical warranty (40%).
