Supply of reagents with the lease of acid-base balance analyzers

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of reagents and consumables together with the lease of two acid-base and electrolyte balance analyzers for 36 months. Each analyzer is planned for 10,000 determinations. The supplier must provide a complete offer covering both analyzers, reagent packages, consumables, installation, staff training, integration with the AMMS system, warranty and free servicing. Reagents and consumables must have at least three months’ validity at delivery, and deliveries must be made within 14 days of each order. The analyzers must be delivered within 21 days after contract signing, while AMMS integration must be completed within 14 days after the commissioning report. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100 points. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 2 October 2026.
