Purchase of two high-mobility ATV (quad) vehicles

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of two new, unused high-mobility ATV/quad vehicles for rescue, search, evacuation and logistics operations, including rescue trailers, snowplough equipment, emergency markings and lighting, fire extinguishers, tools and related documentation. Vehicle 1 must have a 550–700 cm³ engine with power above 40 HP, all-wheel drive, a two-person road homologation and specified off-road equipment. Vehicle 2 must have a 950–1,100 cm³ engine with power above 60 HP, all-wheel drive, a closed heated cabin, capacity for at least three people and a road homologation. The contract must be completed by 30 October 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid until 1 October 2026. Price carries 60% and warranty 40% of the evaluation weight.
