Replacement of water meters with remotely readable meters and implementation of a remote-reading system

Summary

The contract covers the supply and replacement of 1,020 domestic water meters (DN15 and DN20) with radio modules, replacement of shut-off valves, a radio receiver, a field billing kit, and delivery and implementation of a remote-reading system integrated with the contracting authority’s billing software. The contractor must also perform installation, testing, documentation, training and related works within 65 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-Zamówienia platform by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% of the score and the quality guarantee period carries 40%; the offered guarantee must be between 36 and 60 months. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price.
