Extension of Klasztorna Street

Summary

The contract covers the extension of Klasztorna Street in Rybnik, including road and pavement works, stormwater drainage, telecommunications ducting, street lighting, cable-line adjustments and installation of an automated vehicle-access restriction system. The contractor must also survey the technical condition of nine buildings located within 30 metres of the investment boundary before and after the works, provide site coordination, geodetic and as-built documentation, environmental and specialist supervision, and maintain access to nearby properties and the Juliusz construction site. Works must be completed within 330 days of signing, with final settlement within a total period of 360 days. The tender deadline is 15 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%), warranty period (20%) and construction manager’s experience (20%).
