Successive deliveries of new bags for separately collected waste
Summary
The tender concerns successive deliveries of 1,205,000 new LDPE polyethylene bags for selective waste collection over 12 months. They must have drawstrings, be supplied in separate rolls of 10, packed as 20 rolls per carton or plastic package, and carry a clear one-colour black print. Deliveries must be made at the supplier’s own cost and risk within 5 working days of each electronic order, including unloading. The estimated quantities may be adjusted, but the contracting authority guarantees at least 80% of the total quantity. The products must comply with PN-EN 13592, PN-EN 13430 and PN-EN 13431 requirements and the offer form states that the bags must have the required PZH certificate. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 2 October 2026.
