Purchase, delivery and unloading of light heating oil for Stolno Municipality organisational units for the 2026/2027–2028/2029 heating seasons

Summary

The tender concerns recurring purchase, delivery and unloading of light heating oil for the organizational units of Stolno Municipality during the 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 heating seasons. The basic estimated quantity is 180 m³, with a guaranteed minimum of 90 m³, plus an optional quantity of up to 30 m³. Deliveries must be made to the indicated boiler rooms within 48 hours of each request, excluding weekends and public holidays, between 7:15 and 15:15. The oil must meet the specified quality parameters and the PN-C-96024:L1 standard or an equivalent standard. The contract will last up to 36 months or until the maximum option quantity is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 09:00 and will remain binding until 3 October 2026.
