Construction of a village community centre in Ciopan – 2026 stage

The tender concerns the continuation and completion of a village community centre in Ciopan, Stanisławów municipality. The works include floor insulation and screed, internal plastering, suspended ceilings, roof insulation, floor and wall tiling, painting, internal doors and attic stairs, central heating and gas boiler installation, sanitary connections and fittings, ventilation grilles and fans, and electrical fixtures. The investor already owns some materials, including the floor polystyrene and OSB boards; the contractor must supply the other necessary materials. The works must be completed by 10 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform by 9 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period for defects (40%).
