Purchase of two generator sets (procedure 2)

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and delivery of two brand-new mobile diesel generator sets with rated output of approximately 126 kW, intended for continuous operation during mains power failures. The equipment must be complete, compliant with applicable standards, supplied with operating fluids, batteries and full technical documentation, and must be commissioned and tested by the contractor. The contractor must also provide basic user training covering start-up, operation, maintenance and safety. Delivery is required within 56 days to the Tczów Municipal Office, Tczów 124, 26-706 Tczów, on working days during office hours. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 09:00 through the FINN e-ZP system and must include the required declarations, technical evidence and offer documents. Award criteria are price 60%, warranty period 20%, delivery time 10% and after-sales service 10%.
