Purchase and delivery of containers for used clothing and textiles

Summary

The contract covers the purchase and delivery of 16 brand-new, single-compartment containers for used clothing and textiles. The containers must have a capacity of at least 2.5 m³, dimensions of approximately 1,150 x 1,250 x 2,200 mm, hot-dip galvanised 1.5 mm sheet construction with an anti-graffiti coating in RAL 6029, a rainwater-draining roof, a secure textile inlet with anti-theft protection, sealed three-point-locking doors, and adjustable feet. The supplier must apply the required black inscriptions, municipal and utility logos, and EU co-financing information. Delivery is required within 50 days of signing the contract, at the supplier’s cost and risk, to the Łącko wastewater treatment plant. The minimum warranty is 24 months, while the evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 30 days.
