Insurance services for Toszek Psychiatric Hospital (4 lots)

Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for Toszek Psychiatric Hospital, divided into four lots: civil liability insurance; all-risks property and electronic equipment insurance; motor insurance; and hospital insurance. Offers may be submitted for all lots. Lots 1–3 have a 36-month term and Lot 4 a 12-month term. Evaluation is based on price and the preferred scope of insurance: price accounts for 95% and 5% respectively in Lot 1, and 90% and 10% in Lots 2–4.
