Strengthening the cybersecurity of water supply infrastructure in Gorzyce Municipality – Cybersecure Water Supply System

Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of IT and OT cybersecurity infrastructure for the water supply infrastructure of Gorzyce Municipality. It is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers IT devices and systems, with an 80-day delivery period; Lot 2 covers OT devices and systems, with a 90-day delivery period. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 11:00. Lot 1 is evaluated by price (50%), manufacturer warranty and support cost (20%), RAM capacity of the security solution server (10%), backup server disk capacity (10%), and DNSH-compliant energy efficiency (10%). Lot 2 is evaluated by price (60%), manufacturer warranty and support cost (25%), and whether the IPS system and hardware probes come from one manufacturer (15%). No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
