The tender concerns successive deliveries to the Dom Kombatanta social care facility in Szczecin, divided into five lots: household chemicals, specialist kitchen chemicals, specialist general chemicals, household articles, and waste bags. Bidders may submit an offer for any number of lots, but each lot offer must cover all listed items. Deliveries will run from contract signature until 31 December 2026, exhaustion of the contractual remuneration, or the date when the remaining remuneration is insufficient for further orders, whichever occurs first. Offers must be submitted electronically by 1 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is carried out separately for each lot: price accounts for 60%, the proposed contractual penalty for delayed partial delivery for 30%, and delivery time for 10%.
