Purchase of dairy products

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of dairy products for the specialist hospital in Chełm under a 12-month contract. The range includes natural and flavoured yoghurt, kefir, drinking milk, milk powder, cottage cheese, feta-type cheese, mozzarella, processed and hard cheese, cream, cottage cheese products and butter, in the quantities specified in the tender notice. The estimated quantities are not guaranteed; the minimum purchase is 70% of the subject matter. Deliveries must be made at the supplier’s cost and risk, including unloading, every day from Monday to Saturday except public holidays, between 06:00 and 07:00, normally within one day of a telephone order submitted by 10:00 on the preceding day. The products must comply with food safety and hygiene requirements, be labelled in Polish and have at least two-thirds of the manufacturer’s stated shelf life remaining at delivery. The tender deadline is 1 September 2026 at 09:00, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
