Delivery of light heating oil to educational institutions in Gmina Podegrodzie during the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery of light heating oil to three primary schools in Gmina Podegrodzie during the 2026/2027 heating season, from 1 October 2026 to 30 April 2027. It is divided into three parts: approximately 20,000 litres for Długołęka-Świerkla, 18,000 litres for Gostwica and 8,000 litres for Rogi. Bids may be submitted for one or more parts. The oil must meet the specified technical parameters, including a density of no more than 0.860 g/ml at 15°C, flash point of at least 56°C, sulphur content of no more than 0.10% and calorific value of at least 42.6 MJ/kg. Deliveries must be made using the bidder’s own transport, on working days between 8:00 and 15:00, within the offered period of 1 to 3 days after an order. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 08:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), invoice payment period (20%) and delivery time (20%).
