Manufacture and delivery of logo-marked first-aid kits for a training and information event

Summary

The contract covers the manufacture, logo marking, assembly, packaging and delivery of 120 portable first-aid kits for a training and information meeting for Rural Housewives' Circles. Each kit must be durable, reusable, closed and clearly marked, and include at least 5 adhesive dressings, 1 adhesive tape or dressing strip, 2 sterile compresses, 2 elastic bandages, 2 gauze bandages, 1 dressing scarf, 1 individual dressing, 1 pair of scissors and 1 thermal blanket. All components must be new, fit for use and compliant with applicable legal marking, instructions and safety requirements. The supplier must submit a visualisation within 1 working day after contract signature and may begin production only after approval. Delivery must take place within the offered period, not exceeding 7 calendar days, on a working day between 07:00 and 15:00. Price carries 90 points and delivery time 10 points; the bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 30 September 2026.
