Supply of heating oil

Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of approximately 35,000 litres of light heating oil: about 26,000 litres to the Health Centre building at Młynkowo 64 and about 9,000 litres to the municipal office building at Obornicka 6A. The contracting authority guarantees orders of at least 20,000 litres, but the supplier has no claim if smaller quantities than estimated are ordered. The oil must comply with Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2020-12, grade L-1, or an equivalent standard, and applicable legal requirements. The contract runs until 30 April 2027. Price is the only award criterion, based on the gross price per litre. Offers must be submitted electronically by 1 September 2026 at 10:00 through the procurement platform.
