Insurance of the Brzostek Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for the Brzostek Municipality and its organizational units for 24 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. It is divided into four parts: (1) all-risks property insurance and electronic equipment insurance, (2) civil liability insurance related to statutory activities and owned property, (3) compulsory motor third-party liability insurance and accident insurance for drivers and passengers, and (4) accident insurance for volunteer fire brigade members, youth and children’s fire brigade members, and members of the municipality’s auxiliary body. Bids may be submitted for one or more parts, with no limit on the number of parts awarded to one bidder. The bid deadline is 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Parts 1 and 2 are evaluated by price at 95% and optional insurance conditions at 5%; price is the only award criterion for Parts 3 and 4. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
