Supply of IT systems for Janikowo Municipality units under the Cybersecure Local Government project

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of IT systems for units of Janikowo Municipality under the Cybersecure Local Government project. It is divided into four lots: a storage array for the Municipal Office (PLN 109,200), an automated IT infrastructure inventory, control and management system for the Municipal Office and selected municipal units (PLN 30,965), a server for the Municipal Municipal Resources Management Company (PLN 45,766.67), and operating systems for the Municipal Office (PLN 28,119.67). Offers may be submitted for several lots. Delivery is required by 18 September 2026, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers and all required documents must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 31 August 2026 at 12:00. The procurement documents may be submitted only in Polish.
