Delivery and renewal of system software licences (Veeam Backup)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply or renewal of 12 Veeam Data Platform Advanced Enterprise Plus (1 socket) software licences as a 12-month subscription with manufacturer support. An equivalent solution is also permitted if it meets the equivalence requirements in the tender documents. The licences, required access details or keys, software documentation and the current end-user licence agreement must be delivered within 3 business days of contract signature, and the licences must ensure continuity with the existing licences. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, with a weight of 100%. No separate participation conditions, bid guarantee or performance security are required.
