Supply of pink hygiene boxes and hygiene products to educational institutions served by the Joint Services Centre in Dąbrowa Górnicza

Summary

The tender covers the delivery of 8 pink hygiene boxes and 250 packages of sanitary pads for 45 pink boxes located in educational institutions served by the Joint Services Centre in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The contracting authority may exercise an option for up to 10 additional boxes and 60 additional packages of pads. The boxes must be wall-mounted indoor units made of impact-resistant steel, powder-coated against moisture, with a single side-opening door, a latch or bolt lock, factory-made mounting holes and a complete mounting set. The pads must be new, disposable, individually wrapped, winged, unscented, breathable, latex-free and dermatologically tested, with at least 10 items per package, a maximum thickness of 3 mm, a maximum length of 24 cm and at least 12 months of shelf life from delivery. Delivery must be completed within 14 days of contract conclusion, at the supplier’s cost, and the contract runs until 31 December 2026. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 29 September 2026.
