Supply of reagents, control, calibration and consumable materials together with the lease of analyzers and centrifuges for the Diagnostics Department

Summary

The tender covers the supply of laboratory reagents, control, calibration and consumable materials, together with the six-month lease of analyzers and centrifuges for diagnostic facilities in Krakow. The quantities include 142 heparin anti-Xa tests, 45,000 PT tests, 45,000 APTT tests, 450 TT tests, 8,334 fibrinogen tests, 2,630 D-dimer tests, 13 factor VIII tests, 1,250 antithrombin tests, 667 protein C chromogenic tests and 334 C1-inhibitor tests. The leased equipment includes primary and backup analyzers, analyzers with water-treatment stations, one floor-standing centrifuge and one benchtop ultracentrifuge. One complete offer is required; partial offers are not allowed. Cost is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 29 September 2026.
