Supply of food products

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of food products for 12 months, divided into five lots: spices; general dry food products; coffee and tea; pasta, groats and flakes; and general food products. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots awarded to one bidder. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid and all required documents must be submitted electronically via the purchasing platform by 31 August 2026 at 07:00. The bidder must provide HACCP-related confirmation, product descriptions where specified, minimum shelf-life information, the required bid form and price offer, and a power of attorney if applicable.
