Improving the energy efficiency of residential premises in the housing stock of Gmina Gzy

Summary

The contract covers the design and energy-efficiency modernization of a municipal residential building at Szyszki Włościańskie 33A, Gzy municipality. The contractor must prepare an energy audit and design documentation, obtain the required approvals, and then carry out the works by 16 November 2026. The works include insulating approximately 190 m² of external walls and 152 m² of the flat roof, replacing approximately 3.70 m² of external doors and 17.11 m² of windows, replacing coal-fired heat sources with an air-to-water heat pump, and modernizing the central heating and domestic hot-water systems. A mandatory site visit is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation gives 60% to price and 40% to the quality guarantee period.
