The tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of a professional auditorium sound reinforcement system and an integrated wireless microphone system for the Main Stage of the J. Szaniawski Drama Theatre in Wałbrzych. The scope includes loudspeakers, subwoofers, amplifiers with DSP, a sound processor, network equipment, two mobile workstations, two control tablets, a digital mixing console, a wireless microphone system, head-worn microphones, racks, cabling, acoustic tuning, measurements and operator training. The equipment must be new, compatible with the existing infrastructure, and covered by at least a 3-year warranty. Delivery and completion are required within 42 days of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 11:00 and will be assessed by price (60%) and technical functionality (40%). No bid guarantee is required, but a performance guarantee of 5% of the gross contract value is required.
