Administration, maintenance and operation of the municipal water supply and sewerage networks

Summary

The tender concerns the administration, maintenance and operation of the municipal water supply and sewerage networks from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. The water network covers 94.74 km, 1,243 service connections and one water intake station; the sewerage network covers 10.23 km, 377 connections and four pumping stations. The contractor must handle technical maintenance, fault removal, repairs, inspections, water and wastewater quality testing, meter readings, customer billing and collection on behalf of the municipality, connection procedures, operational records, regulatory documentation and reporting. Only entities meeting the social and professional integration requirements under Article 94 of the Polish Public Procurement Law may participate. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
