Supply of liquid fuels and the diesel additive AdBlue

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of approximately 37,000 litres of diesel fuel, 3,700 litres of unleaded petrol PB95 and 1,000 litres of AdBlue per year, for the period from 29 September 2026 to 28 September 2027. The fuels must comply with applicable Polish quality requirements, and AdBlue must comply with DIN 70070 and ISO 2241. The supplier must have at least one fuel station in Polkowice open 24 hours a day. Offers must be submitted electronically through JOSEPHINE by 28 August 2026 at 09:30. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%, and a bid guarantee of PLN 3,000 is required.
