Summary

The tender concerns granting and servicing a long-term loan of PLN 3,000,000 to repay previously incurred credit and loan liabilities of PLN 2,180,000 and finance a planned budget deficit of PLN 820,000. The loan is to be made available in three tranches: PLN 1,500,000 by 30 September 2026, PLN 1,000,000 by 31 October 2026 and PLN 500,000 by 30 November 2026. The contracting authority may change the tranche amounts and dates without additional cost, provided that all funds are disbursed by 30 November 2026. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
