Successive delivery of diesel fuel for Gmina Mokrsko in 2026–2028

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery of B0 diesel fuel, without biocomponents, for Gmina Mokrsko. The contract will run for 24 months from signing, with deliveries of up to 70,000 litres in total; the contracting authority may reduce the quantity, but the minimum order is 80% of the stated volume. Each delivery must generally be 2,000–2,500 litres and made within 48 hours of an order, excluding weekends and public holidays. The fuel must comply with applicable Polish quality regulations, PN-EN 590:2022-08 or an equivalent standard, updated requirements in force during delivery, and the producer’s quality certificate. Price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 10:00 and will be binding until 26 September 2026.
