Purchase and delivery of consumable instruments for laparoscopes and hysteroscopes

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of consumable instruments for laparoscopes and hysteroscopes, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns consumable instruments for laparoscopes and hysteroscopes; Lot 2 concerns laparoscopic staplers. The products must comply with the quantities and descriptions in Annex 2 to the tender specifications. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots, and each lot will be performed over six months. Price accounts for 60% and the delivery time for 40% of the evaluation. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the purchasing platform by 9 September 2026 at 10:00.
