Supply of light heating oil to the organizational units of Lubawa Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of approximately 120,000 litres of light heating oil to four organizational units of Lubawa Municipality for 10 months from contract signature. The final quantity will depend on the contracting authority’s actual needs, but a minimum purchase of 30% of the estimated quantity is guaranteed. Offers are evaluated by price (10%), supplier margin or discount (50%), and delivery time (40%).
