Delivery of diesel fuel to the contracting authority’s premises

Summary

The tender concerns recurring deliveries of approximately 60,000 litres of diesel fuel to the contracting authority’s premises over a six-month period. Each delivery will generally be about 4,000 litres and must be made within 24 hours of an order. The supplier must use ADR-compliant tanker trucks for class 3 dangerous goods, equipped with a pump capable of delivering fuel to a height of at least 4.0 metres and a valid, legally verified measuring system. Each batch must comply with applicable fuel-quality requirements and PN-EN 590 or an equivalent standard, with a quality certificate attached. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 09:00.
